Office of Dr Zadeh is full of nice and professional staff. I am now more clear than yesterday, mind wise and vision wise. Thank you Dr Zadeh for your in depth exam and extended time working on my eyes and also for your advice. Alex also primarily helped me on some tests and I enjoyed his knowledge related to my eyes. During these hard times (Pandemic) the last thing that I wanted to do was make an office visit. The Family Eyecare of Roswell employees were ready for such visits with all the right precautions in place: – fewer patient appointments scheduled – less crowded – greeted at door by staff w/hand sanitizer – masks required – social distancing observed Dr. Zadeh spoke of the seriousness of patient/staff good health, I was very relaxed and enjoyed my new eyeglasses experience!
This Office Staff and the customer service; off the charts. The Doctor; no one takes more time and care to make sure you are in the right glasses and contacts and that you are happy. They stay in close communication from beginning to long after you are gone to make sure things are still working for you. The only negative is they are not in the Primary care field or Dentistry or all the other medical fields because they are the Practice that all others should follow. Thanks for setting the example.
