Cataract: An eye condition where vision gets progressively blurry in one or both eyes due to cloudiness in the crystalline lens inside the eye. Decreased night vision or glare is common with cataracts. Treatment is generally by monitoring changes and ultimately removal and replacement of the lens inside the eye (Cataract surgery)
